Resistance Test Station
This station performs continuity test on the customer's product and at the same time it is verified that the resistance is within the standards at the same time that it is also verified if the resistance is welded correctly.
The first step in the station process is that the resistance is placed in the soldier's nest next to the product which is welded by a high current passage in the electrodes of the welder which causes the resistance to be welded in position.
Once the terminal is welded in the product, it goes to the next nest where the resistance test is done. The test is analyzed with an ohmmeter which measures the amount of resistance of the piece. What is sought is that the piece is within the parameters defined by the quality standard of our client which allows us to identify the good pieces.
When the piece is good, the machine makes the product slip and reach a conveyor where it goes to the next process. When the piece is not good, the nest goes down and another cylinder rises where there is a barrier, which causes the nest to go through a tunnel which transports the piece to a bin scrap.
